The tragedy of Jerome
The tragedy of Jerome was an exercise in prototyping an action-adventure game. It features a single level that shows off a simple combat system, crafting system, and elemental effect system used for environmental puzzles. The goal is to escape the mansion with your inheritance as your family attempts to kill you and take it for themselves.
The game was developed over the course of a month (March - April 2019) as a student project in collaboration with 3 other people. I did all of the programming and most of the game design beyond the initial concept.
